Membership

How can I become a member?

Step 1

On the top of the website, please click ‘My Account’ or select ‘Sign up’.

Step 2

Kindly please fill in all the required fields and click “Register”.

Step 3

If you are creating an IPDS account, you will receive an email to verify your email address with an attached link . Once you click the link, your member registration is completed and you can start shopping whatever you love!

Is there an age limit to sign up as a member on IPDS ?

No, there is no age limit to be a member on IPDS . However, those who are under 18 years old might get a limited access to certain contents / products.

How can I change my email address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address once signed up as a member on ipds.com.my.

Due to unforeseen reason, if you need to change your email address, you need to withdraw your membership from IPDS , and sign up again with a new email address.

Please note that, once you withdraw your membership, you will lose all the credit / points / shopping history and buyer grade.

How can I edit my account password?

To change your account password, you need to go to your “My Account” and “Account Details”. Then please key in new and existing password, and click “Save Changes” button.

How can I change my details (phone number, shipping address, etc)?

If you need to update your information such as phone number and shipping address, you can go to “My Account” and select “Addresses” tab. Then select “Billing/ Shipping Addresses” and edit your information after clicking “Edit” button. Finally, click the “Save Addresses” button to save your information.

Can I change my login email ID?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address once signed up because it is used as an ID.

Due to unforseen reason, if you need to change your email address, you need to withdraw your membership from IPDS , and sign up again with a new email address.

What should I do If I forget my Login Password?

If you have forgotten your login password to log onto ipds.com.my, please click ‘Lost your password?’ button on “My Account” page. Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

How can I use coupons?

Upon checkout, you can see applicable coupons available in your account for the product you are purchasing. Select a coupon you would like to use, then you get instant discount based on coupon condition.

Order and Payment

Can I purchase without registering as a member?

You are allowed to view and add products to the shopping cart as a guest. However, to purchase products, you need to be a registered member to complete the order and payment.

How do I start purchasing at IPDS ?

Step 1 – Start Shopping

Step 2 – View Product

Click on a product to view all information on the product.

Step 3 – Buy

Once you’ve selected a product – Here’s how you can make your purchase:
a) Buy Now – Purchase/ Checkout your selection immediately
b) Add to Cart – Put multiple selections together and purchase them at a later time
c) Wish list – Bookmark your selections and revisit them in the future

Step 4 – Delivery

Ensure that you’ve entered the right delivery address. If you’re re curious about the delivery status, head to ‘Track Order’.

Is the price stated on the website nett price with no further discount?

The price stated on the website is nett price unless there’s a promotion or further reduction through coupon discounts. We highly advise buyer to stay tuned on our on-going or future promotions by subscribing on our newsletter.

Can I check out multiple products together?

Surely you can.

If you see any products you like to purchase, just add it into your shopping cart from Product Detail Page, and check out all the products on one go!

This allows you to save time from placing multiple orders & performing multiple payments.

Can I change or cancel my order after making payment?

Once you have made a payment for your order, you have to contact us to change or cancel your order. We will verify and approve accordingly.

If you want to cancel or edit your order, we highly recommend you to submit the order change or cancel within 24 hours before we have shipped or fulfilled the order.

What is an product option?

Certain products come with options on the Product Detail Page. The option that you choose will be the final product to purchase.

Options can be used for color, size, model, design and many others!

Just choose the exact product from the drop down option list you would like to order.

What is shopping cart?

A shopping cart is a convenient tool to help buyers to purchase multiple products on one go.

What is wish list?

While browsing IPDS, if you have found some products that caught your attention but not sure to buy or not to buy, put them into your wish list.

Wish list allows you to save time to go back to the products you were interested & to put them into shopping cart for a quick check out.

How do I know if my order is successful?

Once your order is successful placed with payment, we will notify you via email and you can also check your order status in My Account > Order.

How can I check my current order status?

You can go to Track Order check your order status.

What is my order number?

Order number is your reference number for the product(s) you ordered.

You can find your order number in My Account > Order.

Shipping

How do I know if sellers has shipped my product?

You will receive a notification email once seller have shipped your product. You can also check your shipping status in Track Order by using the tracking id and billing email.

How can I track my product?

You can track your shipping status in Track Order by using the tracking id and billing email.

IPDS already shipped the product, but why my tracking is not available.

There could be a bit of delay from courier companies to update ipds.com.my with tracking status.

If I check out multiple products together, will they arrive at the same time?

Every product you purchase will be shipped by our different sellers, so the arrival time of each item may vary.

Can I receive my product on a selected date?

Unfortunately, arrival date cannot be pre-selected on IPDS platform.

Can I pick up the product myself?

Unfortunately, IPDS platform does not support self-pick up procedure. In order for us to best serve our customers, we need shipping to be within our system so that we can provide tracking and also to follow up with its status and issues if occurred.

Cancellation & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can and you need to contact us t to request order cancellation or refund.

However, cancellation is only applicable when the shipping has NOT started yet.
Kindly proceed return if you want to cancel your order AFTER we have already shipped your product.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us at info@ipds.com.my to submit a cancellation request to us.

My cancellation request was rejected. What should I do?

We can reject your cancellation request if we have already shipped your product to you.

You can wait for your product to arrive first, then request “Return” if you do not want the purchase. Please note that return procedure is subjected to our approval.

How can I check if my order was successfully cancelled?

Once your cancellation is successful, you will receive an email.

How can I check if my payment was cancelled successfully?

Once your cancellation is successful, refund process starts immediately via a notification email.

For credit card/debit card, you can refer to your bank statement for confirmation.

**Please note that credit card/debit card refund might take up to 14 working days due to iPay88 procedure.

How long does the Refund Process usually take?

Once your refund request is approved, refund process starts immediately via a notification email.

I cancelled my order, but I have not received my refund yet.

Refund is proceeded immediately after cancellation, but depending on the refund process, the duration varies due to iPay88 procedures.

What is Refund?

Refund is a process where we refunds the full or partial amount of product’s price to customer in following scenarios:

– If you request to cancel the order before the product is shipped.
– If you do not receive your products for more than the mentioned number of  days in the our refund policy since you have ordered your products.
– If the product you have received is faulty, wrong item or damaged. You can request to return the item back to us and get a refund.

I want to get refund for my product. What should I do?

You can request refund by contacting us at info@ipds.com.my. If we agree for your refund, we will handle the procedure of the refund immediately and approve the refund for you.

Please explain the reason to us. If the information you provided is not genuine or insufficient, as well as in the event where the refund request or returned product fail to meet our refund policy, we have all the rights to reject your request.

Return & Exchange

What is Return?

If the product you have received is faulty, wrong item or damaged, you can request to return the item back to us and get a refund.

A return process requires buyers to ship the received product back to us in the same condition as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or items provided by us.

In the event where the return request or returned product fail to meet our return or refund policy, we have all the rights to reject your request.

I want to return my product. What should I do?

Please submit your request to info@ipds.com.my. In the event where the return request or returned product fail to meet our return or refund policy, we have all the rights to reject your request.

Can I return partially (partial quantity)?

Yes, you can. Kindly please let us know the quantity you would like to return and the reason for your return and describe it in detail.

What is Exchange?

If the product you have received is faulty, wrong item or damaged, you can request to ‘Exchange’ the item and get a new product.

I want to exchange my product. What should I do?

Please submit an exchange request to info@ipds.com.my. In the event where the exchange request or returned product fail to meet our exchange or refund policy, we have all the rights to reject your request.
